Works great, I could not have done without it. I have extremely thin skin so I was able to stretch my ears up a size every few days (you're absolutely not supposed to go that quickly, please don't hurt yourself based on my words!). I would scoop a little up on the back end of my fingernail and slather it on the hole and earring, adding more once or twice a day to keep the skin supple. At one point I went from lightweight acrylic to a stainless steel weight and had a painful blowout, this was the only thing I could use to heal the skin (couldn't very well put Neosporin on it!), only took a few days to get healed and back on track. I'm very happy with the way my gauging went, did it myself with a cheap stretch kit here on Amazon (check my other reviews for product) and this here ointment. Perfect combo!

Love this balm! The price point is great, the smell is great, and it’s really helped me in my ear stretching journey. This is my second time stretching my ears. I used to be a 00, then I let my ears close. I let them close because they kept ripping and getting infected. However, I was not properly taking care of my ears then either.

My daughter is the one using this. Works good. Like the tin. Wish it were a smidgen larger but otherwise good.

I was recommended this balm as im new to stretching. this balm made stretching my lobes so easy and smooth. it helps reduce friction and blowouts. I was able to go from 20g to 0g and they healed up nicely. always follow stretching guidelines to reduce further tearing.
