With out checking I would properly say not, that's why you need to store it and dispose of it correctly

Can this be used to protect hot tub pipes in the winter?

I wouldn’t because it’s hazardous to the skin & can you be sure that you’ll get it all out thoroughly ? Best to pump all the water out of the pipes using an air pump

Anyone know to what temperature it will keep my car cool in heat

Its primary purpose is to prevent freezing. Its ability to keep the engine - not the car - at the required temperature depends upon the ability of your engine to maintain the correct temperature. Effective thermostat, good fan and belt. Plenty of water before you start out! If you see the engine developing a high temperature turn on the heater - it tranfers heat from the engine block.

Old car friendly.

Perfect for older cars that require this type of coolant/antifreeze. I did contact the seller and they confirmed that de-ionised water is used for the mix.

Works well

Having topped up with plain water a couple of times I thought I had better get some antifreeze in case it froze in the cold weather. I have had no issues with this during the recent cold spell
