Fits all my gear.
I wanted to share my experience with this bag because there aren't many bags to accomodate an adult striker. For someone that is boxing, karate, muey thai, etc. This bag will hold all your gear. I use up some of the space because I run on the treadmill for 20 minutes before class. This requires me to carry a pair of running shoes with me and the shoe compartment takes up space in the main compartment. The othet thing different for me is that I carry two sets of head gear. I have boxing headgear and karate head. It is a tight fit. I have both sets of headgear, 16 oz boxing gloves,and shin guards in the main compartment. In one of the side pockets I have my mouth guards and the other my keys and personal items. There is a compartment on the end also. I have a groin protector in it. If I was just going to class and not running on the treadmill, the fit of my gear would be better. I saw some bad reviews about the bad tearing. I will give an update in a few months. Update: The bag has held up well. It was a good purchase.
