**Q: what is the country of origin?**
A: It’s made in China, as I expected. Generally, if a product doesn’t explicitly say it’s made in the USA, it’s not.

**Q: Where is it manufactured?**
A: China like most things these days unfortunately.  But it does have a nice feel in your hands.

**Q: Does hook and hook side blade cut stems and is it sharpened (or sharpenable)?**
A: yes, hook and hook side blade come sharpened, but can be resharpened if you don't like the type of edge they put on it.

**Q: Where is it made?**
A: I can’t find any markings indicating where it was made.  The Fiskars brand is from Finland, however I don’t know if it was made there.  Sorry, I wish I could be of more help.
