This faucet looks amazing and really upgraded the whole space. The matte black finish is sleek and easy to keep clean, and the water flow is smooth and consistent. Installation was straightforward, and everything feels solid and well made. Great quality for the price!

I had 3 faucets installed. All 3 had leaks in 2 places, both at the base of the faucet and at the neck of the down spout (drain). This is not something that shows up right away, but a few days later. It’s just a very poor design with no way of fixing the problems without plumbers goop and plumbers tape, which I did not want all over the base of the faucets, so I returned them. The finish is cheap paint, and after 3 days of use, showed stains that were hard to get off. Louder than a toilet flush, as everyone says. The only thing nice thing I can say about it is the torrent of water that comes out in a pretty waterfall. This faucet replacement project was really irritating to me as I am recently disabled and have to pay a professional a lot of money to do this work for me. Save your old faucets if you are a do-it-your-selfer, because you’re going to need to put them all back on while you try to find another faucet to replace them. I went with a Moen-Genta and removed the flow regulator to get enough water out to wash my hands. (YouTube it) It looks a little like a water fall too, just not as wide. It upsets me, all the 5 star reviews this has to persuade buyers. Very upset! Waisted dollars and time.

Has the look I was going for in my bathroom. Material is a little thin, but okay quality. A little loud when turned on. The water comes out in a nice stream. Installation and instructions were easy to follow. All of the needed material came with it. Overall, it is a good value for the money. Can't beat the price!

Beautiful and functional. Water dispenses at a good angle for hand and face washing so it doesn't fly all over the counter. Hard water does cause stains if not wiped off immediately, but I love this faucet.

UPDATE (3/28/2025)- since leaving the review the company reached out and was VERY helpful in getting me a new faucet. The new one works GREAT, highly recommend the faucet and the customer service team!! Original review- The pop up drain was very easy to install. The faucet its self is beautiful, install wasn’t great though. First the rubber washers have screens built into them, which is fine, until one of them had a wire sticking out of it that ripped the whole washer. Had to run to the hardware store to purchase something else that would work. Once that was done, turned on the faucet to find out that the water flow is AWFUL! Never had an issue with water pressure until installing this faucet. I’m not sure if it’s THIS faucet or the design, or what, but it’s terrible!

Got tired of changing washers/etc., in the one I replaced only a few years ago. This one installed easy. Literally 20 minutes, out with the old, in with the new. Easy to clean, and looks great. If you have a cat, be aware that our cat loves to use her head to push the lever up a bit so she can get a trickle of water to drink. Sometimes she turns it off with her paws, but not always. Silly cat has a great automatic filtered cat watering bowl that we bought on Amazon, but sometimes she likes a little tao water, I guess.
