I bought this to replace my old Cleaver. This Cleaver is so much nicer. It has a nice sharp Edge and the Cleaver has some weight to it. I'm sure it would easily cut through bone.

After my parents complained hundreds times about my old butcher knife, I bought this one. And they are satisfied, saying it's a good knife. Since my parents have taken over the kitchen, I only got chance to use it myself very recently, and it IS a good knife! Almost half a year daily use, and it's still flawlessly sharp. Slicing vegetables becomes so smooth and pleasant. Comfortable effortless holding. Not too heavy or too light. I'm very happy with this purchase!

What a cleaver -so sharp and the handle has a good grip. Cut thru bone in roast with ease.

Almost didn't buy this because of the other reviews, and am now curious what the heck people were slamming it against to destroy them! This knife is not for bones, use a bone saw guys... If you need a large knife for cutting up some large slabs of de-boned meat, these are great knives! Have been using it as needed for the last couple months, zero issues.

Me encantó. Ya tengo más del mes con el. Y aún conserva su filo. Corta bastante bien, incluso huesos, aunque pesa un poco. Pero tiene buen agarre. Lo recomiendo mucho. Venía una nota de agradecimiento del vendedor. Fue un bonito detalle.
