Cuisinart is my favorite kitchen appliance manufacturer. This is a very functional toaster. Makes perfect toast. Too be honest. Almost all my kitchen appliances are Cuisinart .They last for a very long time. Not cheaply made and will last you a very long time

A toaster that actually toasts! I have tried cheaper toasters, but most don't toast well or last long. Here's hoping it will stay the distance.

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous toaster Does four slices at once Consistent toasting to the edges of my bread Positive lock feeling when toaster levers are pressed down Feels very solidly built other than the knobs Cons: Fingerprints oil show very easily but that's probably expected really not a big deal. Chrome trays are removed from behind the toaster rather than the front. There's a lot of jiggling in the knobs but they can be turned just fine. Warranty registration process could be somewhat confusing and a little bit irritating Recommendations: Run it for two cycles on the highest setting outdoors in a safe place under supervision before using it indoors to get rid of the strong chemical smells from first use. The product provides an option to take a picture of the warranty registration information and they allow you to text it however that simply creates a link for you to finish the registration information. When asked for the model number, the numbers and letters you're supposed to enter are not the ones that are on the slip that you photograph. The model number is provided on the outside of the manufacturer's box. The warranty registration page looks like a sign up for promotional and advertising interests rather than warranty registration so read and handle that page carefully. I really don't like the loose play of the knobs. Pushing the knob gently towards the unit while turning will give you a much needed increase in friction. And this is the primary reason I gave this four stars instead of five coupled with the fact that the breadcrumb trays have to be removed from the back. Additionally the bagel defrost reheat and cancel buttons have to be pressed with a slight amount of force but when I press them in my case it forces the toaster to be moved back ever so slightly and mine is not completely level. Otherwise probably the best and most gorgeous toaster I've ever run in my life and I'm looking forward to many years using it. If it holds up I would say it's worth every penny.

So far so good! The left side is mine as I like my toast looking toasted. The right side is for my hubby who thinks toast need only be hot.... tomato-tomata LOL! Works for us so we don't have to worry about what the last setting was. And.... it looks beautiful on my counter!

I have owned this toaster for one month. One side now only works intermittently. It will partially toast the bread and then just shut off. The button to cancel doesn’t work and you have to manually pop it up. Of course it’s one day past my return window and I disposed of the original box, never imagining I’d need to return it. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer so we’ll see if I get any resolution. UPDATED TO SAY: they’ll warranty the toaster. All you have to do is go back and forth at least a dozen times with them offering worthless solutions and asking you to take steps that make no sense to drag it out and see if you’re persistent enough to fight for it. You know….half of the toaster works fine but one side is intermittent. “Is it plugged in to a working outlet?” “Is the crumb slot clean?” “Is the dial set properly?” I’m 50 years old- I know how a toaster works. FINALLY- “Ok. Well warranty it. Cut off the cord and send us a picture and we’ll send you out a new one.” Ok…..I cut the cord and send the picture so now I can’t use the working side of the toaster either. Their response? “No, not like that. Cut it off closer to the bottom, cut the cord in multiple pieces and send us more pictures.” Wait!! Of the toaster I threw in the garbage?!? Great…I’ll go to the dumpster. Do not buy this thing. I purchased this toaster because a family member had one and I liked it. This one is not nearly as well made as hers and seems very lightweight, especially considering the price. It was made in China and not the quality I’m accustomed to with cuisinart products. I purchased this as an “upgrade” after updating my other appliances. Unfortunately my old toaster that was half the price was much better quality and now I regret donating it! I would give this ZERO stars if I could.

Excellent for the price I paid. Toast bread, bagel, muffins outstanding. The temperature control allows to choose how light or dark you want. Easy to keep clean and light to move around.

Love the toaster it’s replacing when we left in North Carolina before we moved to Florida

Ninguno de los tostadores está calibrado, aveces salen tostados de un lado y quemados del otro, no lo recomiendo.

Beware of voltage for this item sold on amazon.sg. It is 120V with US plug, and cannot be used with down-converter as wattage is 1800W, and converter would be bigger than item itself.
