This is my second purchase and first review of this product. The caffeine level is adequate for a nice boost, but comes on slowly and is from green tea and guarana so no jitters. Green tea often has a calming affect on users. I like the mixed berry flavor, but really can't point to one that stands out which may be the way it's designed. Providing the essential amino acids (our bodies can't make these) is a nice touch, low sodium and calorie count. I use collagen in mine when i mix it each morning for a nice adder. I recommend it, this is the 65 serving container and you will use 2x scoops in around 10-12 oz of water.

great taste, good energy. started taking this for me/cfs so i can feel like i have some of my energy and old life back and so far happy with results and will be reordering. tried the flavor "fruit fusion" and it's a great flavor. like a monster without the bubbles and crap in it. dissolves easily and is becoming part of my routine.

I started taking Essential Amino Energy back in March when I kicked off my CrossFit + weight loss journey, and honestly? I won’t work out without it now. Fruit Fusion tastes amazing (light, not too sweet), mixes instantly, and gives me the perfect clean boost before a workout — no jitters, no crash, no weird tingles. I’m a mom, I’m tired, I’m busy… but this makes me feel like I actually have fuel in the tank again. I use half a scoop on lighter days and a full scoop before CrossFit, and it delivers every single time. It hits fast, keeps me focused, and helps me push through workouts I used to dread. If you’re trying to ditch energy drinks or find something that won’t make you feel like you drank rocket fuel, this is it. I’ve used it daily for months and it’s 100% a staple for me now. So good, so effective, and honestly… Fruit Fusion tastes like a little pre-workout vacation. Love it!

I decided to switch from another pre-workout I normally use in the morning to the Fruit Fusion Amino Energy Pre-workout. I used this product to get my day going and to boost energy as well as brain function. Although it was not used before a workout in this case, I would not hesitate to utilize it before heading to the gym! This product was more affordable than others and was the reason why I decided to switch. I evaluated this product based on the following factors: energy, taste, and nutrition. Overall, the product was good. If you’re looking for a great energy boost, this essential amino energy drink is one for you and definitely a great way to get the day started off right. Two scoops at a time caused me to be jittery so going with 1-1.5 scoops worked best as far as energy goes and caused the fewest jitters. Aside from this, it was not the best tasting pre-workout out there – I was hoping for a product that tasted a bit more natural. Once past that initial flavor, it was not too bad. If a natural flavor is something you are not concerned about, it was great tasting and the fruit fusion is a great flavor. Additionally, the powder was average when it came to mixing; not the best but also not the worst. As far as nutrition, the essential amino acids, natural energizers and antioxidants are great. It is also great for post workout recovery if you use it after a tough day at the gym. The only downside is that it is sweetened with sucralose over a preferable and healthier Stevia choice, in my opinion. Overall, this Fruit Fusion Amino Energy pre-workout was pretty good! It offered a great deal of energy and the overall nutrition within it was ideal, aside from being sweetened with sucralose. The only downside was the taste, but it still was not too bad. This product is recommended to those searching for a great energy boost that also offers nutritional value!

Good product.

This is a good preworkout compared to others on the market like c4 / ghost / etc. While those may provide a bigger boost in energy, they also come with downsides such as being jittery, itching all over due to the high doses of beta alanine and last but not least crashing. Amino energy provides a nice smooth energy boost and only contains 50mg of caffeine per scoop. I usually take 2 scoops before working out and its enough to get me through my workout. The nice thing about amino energy is that its constantly always on sale and has a nice variety of flavors. You can usually pick up the smaller ones for $15-$18 when its on sale and the bigger containers for about $25-30. Definitely recommend this to people who want a preworkout with amino acids, good macros, and a nice clean smooth energy boost.
