We ordered this for our daughter and son in-law. They are both huge Rapunzel fans and they loved this gift at Christmas. Packed very well in a box inside a color printed box and wrapped with bubble wrap. No defects on arrival.

I ordered these mugs and the Rapunzel mug handle was chipped. Luckily I let Amazon know and they immediately sent me a new set and made returning the broken one very easy. The new one is perfect and so cute!!! I love the product and the great service!
