**Q: Will this make you tired if taken in the morning?**
A: It didn’t ever make me tired. It may affect others differently but I think the balance between the valerian root and GABA (which may cause sleepiness) versus the HTP, theanine, and ashwaganda (more neutral effects) is perfect. I took 500mg of gaba on its own and it did make me sleepy so I definitely had to switch to something I could be efficient during the day.
