Where can i buy replacement blades

Could it work 4 chicken breasts? I'm looking for a simple way to make chicken ahead of time and slice it thinly (instead of buying deli sliced turkey)

.. I suppose if you could knead the chicken breast down to a manageable size it could work, but not sure it's intended for something like that . still, could work if you could get to right size .,.. slicer works well, but seems to have dulled much too soon ...

This looks difficult to clean. Does it come apart for cleaning? If not, how hard is it to clean it?

The blacde COULD be removed by taking out two small screws, but that is not necessary. Careful cleaning of the blade with a soapy dish cloth or paper towel is all that is needed. Just be careful handling it because the blade is VERY sharp. Do not immerse wooden parts in water or place in dish washer because the beechwood will swell and make the appliance unusable until dried out. We use ours all the time and are very pleased with it.
