Is there any gas in the tanks ? If not, Do I have to exchange my brand new tanks for old full ones then ????

This item will come with the hoses and torch only. It will not have the blue rack or the tanks.

Does it come with the regulator and tanks?

It comes with regulators but the tanks have to come from a gas company. So no the tanks are not included

Dont buy it because if you want to cancel your order the want to charge you reestocking fees.

This company put the picture for the entire set, wich is good for the price, but after all you only receive the gauges and the hoses not the tanks, wich is too expensive and is not a good guality be aware.
