They dissolve easily and quite quickly (be careful to keep them dry and handle them with dry hands!).I take 2000 mcg (two of them) once a week, and the first time I did this I noticed I had a minor version of a "hot flash", which I hadn't been expecting.Two side notes: they have lactose listed as a primary ingredient, just in case you find that an issue. And I was going to say that for my use, since I've got a year's worth in a bottle, it's quite economical, but in the month since I ordered it the price bumped up...again.

This is a sublingual vitamin B12 pill. What’s great about it is you just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve. It has a pleasant enough taste. It came in a little childproof container. It is a very reasonably priced vitamin. I have no idea if this is responsible for better sleep or health. I’m in fairly good health anyway. But as a vegetarian I’m told this is a must vitamin.

I have been getting monthly B12 injections at my doctor's office for years. Blood work shows that just before the next shot, level is down to bottom of normal range. Doctor's office stopped giving shots so told me to just purchase OTC sublingual B12. After taking this every morning for 6 months my level is now in the mid range. NO MORE SHOTS!
