First of all let me say that I am a foodie, I absolutely ENJOY food, that being said let me also say here that I have also had bariatric surgery and knew that I needed something else to help fill the nutritional gap that I have been missing from my diet. I have been taking the vitamins as my surgeon ordered but knew that I needed something else to help. That is where this has come in, I read my reviews, and just decided to give this a try. I have been taking this for the past three days and I can say that I do feel a difference already. I do notice increased energy, stamina, and alertness not long after taking this product. I do not take it with anything other than water, and I also must let you know that if you really enjoy food then the flavor of this is not the greatest. I am not blaming anyone but there is only so much that you can do to make something that is healthy taste good. I am an adult and know what I was getting myself into and just chug it down as fast as possible and get it over with. The benefits far outweigh the discomfort of the flavor for the 30-45 seconds it takes me to finish it. I also have to say that it also helps curb my appetite for awhile after drinking it as well. I have been feeling a bit run down due to my schedule, I work and go to class over 330 hours per month and this has helped me SIGNIFICANTLY over the past few days. I will be ordering this again, it is well worth the money!

I’m 8 months pregnant and was looking for something to help me get nutrients in for me me and my baby since I’m not eating enough. I’ve been drinking this for a month now. The first three days of drinking it I started getting a headache I think because my body wasn’t use to it. But after that it boost my energy and tmi it’s gave me some good one and done poop like it just cleanses your body. Lol. When I go a day without drinking it I actually don’t feel good. My body craves it now. I first tried it with water and expected the worst taste possible but it wasn’t bad. It had an “earthy” after taste to it but not bad considering all the ingredients in it. When I make it into a smoothie it literally taste like a regular smoothie. You wouldn’t even notice you put a scoop of it in there. One of my favorite smoothie is a PBJ I blend it with almond milk, almond butter, strawberries, and banana. When I don’t feel like making a smoothie and I just need to get my daily intake of it I mix it with 6-8oz of water and one scoop and jug it. I recommended it to a friend and I already have her hooked on it too!

I got this for the value and price but it flavor is not the greatest. It tastes okay. I don't know if I will buy this again.

They taste like molded beets, but they are very good for you. They help my digestive tract amazingly so I take and mix them with yogurt which makes it a little better. I only use a half scoop due to the calorie count. After about the 3rd bite the taste does get a little better.I am now on my 3rd canister. The second canister didn't taste anything like the first maybe because I shook it up real good, I'm not sure but the benefits of this is wonderful. I have digestive issues and since I have been taking this my issues have gotten 1,000 times better. I am changing my review to say it's a great product. I continue to use it everyday.

I've used this over a year. I liked it but they have refined it too much. You open the bag and a cloud of dust pools in the air. You scoop it out and same thing. You close the bag and same thing. Price keeps going up but yet too refined.

This product tastes wonderful and it gives me an energy punch with all the B vitamins, etc included. I've tried numerous products like this through the years. I keep coming back to this one because of the quality and the noticeable effect.

I was worried it wouldn't taste good but mixing it with a vitamin C pack and protein shakes it tastes great!!!

I have purchased other “berry” flavored greens which were all flavored but not colored. This is a bright pink after being mixed with white milk, white yogurt, vanilla protein powder s as nd had very little berry taste. Prefer more taste less color. I will reorder my previous brand.

This super green drink is great, because of its prevalent berry taste. I find it much tastier and easier to drink compared to most greens powders that taste mostly like some kind of dried grass.
