I have only started taking today, but I am hoping it will help me with aching joints and if my skin will glow and nails become stronger - that will be a bonus! Cons - £28 for 28 days is not a cheap version but if it will work then I think it is a good value for money. it has 28 sachets not 30-31 so if you order a monthly subscription you will need to skip few days which I suppose sometimes might happen during the month anyway. I was hoping that ingredients will have more vitamins in it, but it’s only a few, so you would still need to take additional vitamins on top of it.
