Audio Tape/Cassette Head Cleaner with 3 Cleaner Solutions

I've had better products of its kind, but I'm not faulting it for that reason. It adequately cleans the tape path, and the amount of fluid (three bottles) is generous. Higher end cleaners are hard to find, and this one does there basic job well.

Works a lot better than previous gen. Sound is good and connects to phone immediately. Also being able to use while charging is a game changer for something like this

Works great to clean my cassette tape player. I would like it even better if they would tell us how to get the liquid to come out one drop at a time. it either comes off the sides of nothing comes out at the top. Just the same once you get it on the cleaning head, it works.

Very good for cassette cleaner

This product brought life back to a vintage Kenwood Deck that was in storage for years. I replaced the belts, and used this product to clean the heads. I was skeptical, but, it worked for me.

It worked great. I recently installed the OEM Chrysler radio in my truck and started running through all of the old cassettes I had. One of them had delaminated and smeared the adhesive across the cassette head, causing the audio quality to come out muffled. This cassette cleaner worked perfect, it recommended 30 sec and a couple drops of the cleaning solution but I ended up needing to run it twice.

Did the trick. Deck sounds great.

Would be 0/5 if allowed. Utterly worthless. The cleaning solution droppers (All three bottles were the same) are unusable. The cleaning liquid WILL NOT dispense at all, and if you squeeze hard to try and make the solution come out, the whole tip will pop off, dumping cleaning solution all over everything. Yet hilariously, if you just remove the dropper tip and try to intentionally pour a usable amount out, it will barely come out at all!??! Also, the design of the cassette itself is VERY poor in that it is nearly impossible (even if the dropper DID work) to get the solution onto the little sponge under the “tape” itself as the instructions say. You would need to take a small pen or something similar and lift the tape up and out of the way. Given how flimsy the whole construction feels, I suspect it might well break in the process. Most other cleaning cassettes I’ve used over the years have you place cleaning solution directly onto the tape itself as IT is designed to be the actual cleaning surface. Save yourself the money and the aggravation and find a serious option, because this thing is a joke and went straight in the trash after 10 irritating minutes.

C'est un très bon article. Le prix est très raisonnable. Les instructions sont simples et claires. Le seul bémol, c'est qu'on ne fait pas de recommandation concernant la fréquence d'utilisation: À quelle fréquence doit-on nettoyer les têtes des différents appareils qu'on utilise; walkman, lecteur de cassettes, etc?

… Las botellas que contienen el fluido limpiador están muy mal diseñadas, ya que el fluido queda atrapado dentro de ellas, incluso quitándole la tapa del ‘goteador’ y volteándolas! Parece ser que no se logra romper la tensión superficial. Quizás puede ser la forma del envase? Es cuadrado y además difícil e incomodo de apretar. Quizás podría ser un cilindro, mejor. En el paquete vino una bolsa con clips para papel, pero por ningún lado en el manual viene qué se hace o para qué son? Quieren que junte las hojas para meter reporte? Quieren que haga anzuelos para irme de pesca? En general el manual es demasiado simple y carece de más información. El casete sirve de maravilla. Actualización: los clips sirven para hacer un agujero en el goteador; aún así persisto con mi noción de que debieron de haberlo escrito en algún lado en el manual!
