Blue Buffalo Basics Grain-Free Dry Dog Food for Small Breed Adult Dogs, Limited Ingredient Diet, Lamb Recipe, 11-lb. Bag

My Malshi is a very picky eater. I’ll put his other Blue Buffalo food down and he’ll eat it way later. This Basic, he eats right away and I swear he’s smiling after. Less itching and good bowel movements. I will sick with this. It even smells good to me. Plus they are just the right bit size for my little guy.

My chihuahua mix loves this food. We have been on a journey researching the best kibble for him that doesn't irritate his stomach and coat. I have high hopes for this food. I bought the lamb and potato flavor.

It has helped my old dog's intestinal issues, so far. We tried the Blue Buffalo brand chicken and salmon flavors but that diet didn't seem to help until we gave her this GRAIN-FREE, LAMB+SWEET POTATO dog food and it seems to be digesting quite well for her, so far. She could have been allergic to the grain or chicken/eggs so we're happy it seems to be helping with her stomach issues. It's a little pricier than the other meat choices but not by too much and it helps her so it's worth it. The 11lb bag lasts about a month for our 29lb dog. Get the smaller bag just to try out.

My dogs have IBS which causes tremendous issues when they eat certain foods. Blue Buffalo Basics Limited Ingredient Diet, Grain Free Natural Adult Small Breed Dry Dog Food, Lamb & Potato has wonderful ingredients which keep their stools firm and formed about 85%-95% of the time. This is up from about 50% with the last food I gave them. They are also very picky when it comes to the flavor of their food - they will either eat it with tremendous enjoyment or they will leave it in their bowls and give it a "this nauseates me look." My two babies absolutely love the flavor of this food, especially the small Vital Mineral bites - they would eat these as a treat they love them so much.

Easy on my pups stomach. She was having problems digesting and would get reflux. So far this has been the answer. Digests easily and she loves it.

I had changed to blue for over a year. I had been purchasing other brands for my pups thinking that they were "healthy". However, a few of the products gave my pups bad allergies. After a few weeks of purchasing Blue basics. I noticed a huge difference on the coat and skin of the pups . The redness was gone, no more scratching, and most of all they liked it. the kibbles that I purchased were for small dogs and it worked well, not too big, easy for them to eat. When they would got outside for their business, it was solid, no diarrhea. It can be a little pricey, but it is worth it. Pups tried, the salmon, turkey and lamb. They enjoyed it.

I was thrilled to find this in the 11 lb size on Amazon! This food has been amazing for my little rescue pup. He’s got a lot of food allergies and sensitivities (confirmed by the vet). When I took him in about 3-4 months ago the skin on his back was flaky and scaly and his fur there was severely thinning. He’s been eating this (and the wet food of the same type) and his skin is 100% better. No flakes, no scales, and no more scratching! His fur is coming in thicker and feels soft! I’m so thankful that we found a food that he loves that loves him back! Now if only I could find it in the 22 lb size...

My dogs prefer it wet, because it's softer and easier to chew. So I add water or lactose-free milk, which they've been drinking since they were puppies.
