Needed this for my shifter and it worked great

Works better than expected. Made in China for the Logitech G Driving Force Shifter (G29, G920 & G923). Upgraded from that rattle box but I wanted to keep my wimpy, quiet, shifter. This is a device that acts as it's own game controller in Windows called 'Logitech@ Shifter V3'. I never had to download anything which is what I was most worried about. Inside, there's a board, a blue light, and a button you can press from the outside. I could not figure out what the button did besides flashing the blue light. The device didn't lose connection while pressing or holding, so not a reset; likely calibration but no instructions. The plug fits snugly into the cable on the Logitech shifter, but they're obviously not intended to be put together this way. Hasn't caused me any issues, but it could get pulled out. All shifting positions seem to work, and I learned about 3 new ones while pushing the knob in while shifting (reverse in some cars). -Push in center-up -Push in center-down -Push in right-down Windows shows 21 buttons, but I believe you only get 9 out of the Logitech shifter. 4/5 because it should be cheaper. Not a bot.

As others have mentioned previously, when shifting while using this cable, it would always have an issue with things like shifting from 2nd to 3rd; instead it would shift to 1st when attempting 3rd, which meant I would always need to shift into 4th to get to the 3rd as a result. A cable like this to be able to use the Logitech shifter without the wheelbase would be amazing but unfortunately this one just turned out to be a waste of time. Additionally, it seemed there was some issue with the electrical or wiring because when I was unplugging it from my PC it shocked me. Also when I had it plugged in and booted up my PC, the PC was booting to a different screen other than the login like power went out on the last shutdown. I don't understand why it was telling me the power was an issue when I shutdown the PC gracefully without any issues. Once I removed the cable and booted it back up, the PC came on without any issues.

Got here earlier than expected, worked flawlessly, super easy plug and play solution for a G920/G29 shifter. Works perfectly with my Logitech G920 shifter and is a great deal compared to the pedal adapter online… I decided on better pedals but this thing was perfect!

As others have stated, gears 3 and 4 are not well setup. There are gates (or grooves) for 3 and 4, but if you enter the gates for 3 and 4 on the left side ever so slightly, it will change to gears 1 and 2. From my understanding, the Logitech gear shifter is analog so the x and y axes have values that should be checked to see if their positions are in the correct gear, but the chip or hardware on this cable device doesn't do this properly. I'm considering returning since I have to practically jam the Logitech shifter against the right side to make sure I'm in the correct gear.
