**Q: Can you use noise cancelling with the 3.5mm jack?**
A: No, definitely not for recent purchases which negates use on an airplane. Plugging in the 3.5mm jack switches off the Bluetooth so no noise cancellation, equaliser or even volume button functionality. Sending mine back because of this. Falsely advertised as suitable for travel but neglected to mention this. Luckily didn't find this out on a flight.

**Q: I hate my ears being crushed and have tried many, many types of headphones. Ideally i want some that cover but don't touch my ears- are these them?**
A: I find them to be very comfortable and they don't press on MY ears, but I don't know what size/shape YOUR ears are. You could be Mr Bugs Bunny? Why not order a pair and send them back if they interfere with your carrot eating? (Sorry, I've drunk most of a bottle of wine :-) ).

**Q: How good is the microphone for voice calls? Also is this fully compatible with Microsoft Teams with high quality audio in and out of calls?**
A: Is good, no complaints, is ok for teams but these are not designed for wfh, voice is narrowband and these are hifi, is overkill for this purpose, use EQ setup +2 for 1kh to 5 so the voice woul have a natural boost and flat the rest to -1 or more as is suit you
