Yes, they do stack a little. They are each 2-1/8", but when stacked they are 3-3/4" total. There is a nice strap to keep them nested.

Will these work with a H2 Hummer?

Not sure how much the hummer weighs but they've worked great on a 1 ton van - approx 7000 lbs.

What can I use to mount these on my bed rack?

Multiple options... I used a flat bar with 2 6” through bolts to stick through the handles on either side of the boards, then added a large washer and wing nut to secure them. They’re on the side of my bed rack on my tacoma
