I can’t really speak for the accuracy as I haven’t tested it with any other temperature monitoring device but all I can say is that it this heat mat seems to be of good quality and has worked for me. How do I contact seller for replacement?** A: Its not the seller, you need to turn it up to 26c or higher to get a 20 to 21c reading on the seed tray and check it, i jist answered a question on here that should help you.
