Can this be used for a powder inhaler?

A spacer is better for the metered dose inhalers but, ask your asthma nurse for more advice.

Does anyone else find it makes a loud noise like a fog horn when you use it? Thank you

I think it’s designed to show you are breathing in too hard so if you can go longer and slower it will make less noise and get more of the spray into your lungs

How do you remove the mouthpiece for cleaning

If I remember correctly you can’t remove the mouthpiece but you can soak the whole chamber in warm soapy water which cleans the whole thing. The piece where the inhaler goes does come off but it’s best to let the spacer air dry and not use a tea towel etc to dry it.

does this come with the mask

Hi, This one doesn't come with mask. Variant with Infant, Child and Adult masks are available as individual products. Thanks
