Works Great!
These are fantastic. I had some minor difficulty getting it set up - you have to install multiple pieces of software in a particular order and they all run at all times. You can adjust the light manually via one program, but I recommend never touching the manual setting as it will override all of the automatic stuff. The less you mess with it, the better it works. I kind of wish they would simplify it down to a single package. Also, it turns red anytime any software accesses the camera or microphone. I use things like OBS and video editors like Davinci Resolve and these packages turn the light red even when I am not recording. These have sounds that are enabled by default and can be quite loud. For example if a scheduled meeting is starting, they can ring loudly. We went for 5 years doign remote work without a light, but I got fed up with interruptions and bought several of these fo rthe household members who do remote work and it has made a dramatic difference in how we operate. No one needs to shout or signal that we're ina call anymore. We have one mounted outside a bedroom door (these have sticky foam included for this purpose) so no more knocking on doors during calls or peeking in. one of those things we never knew how badly we needed it until after we had it

Great Outlook Companion
Great for the home office. Family members can see that I'm in a meeting before interrupting me. It works well with Microsoft Outlook; free/busy/in meeting/presenting all have distinctive colors. It also uses sound to notify you that a meeting is about to start - handy if I'm away from my desk.

Great!
Works well for me for Zoom and Teams meetings.

Good things come in small packages
As a Gartner Analyst working from home this is a godsend since my family never knows when I'm on a call since I've got my headset on for most of the day. I use Microsoft Teams as a softphone and now it's easy for the wife and kids to see my status at a glance. It worked right out of the box with the Teams beta software available for download (make sure you reboot your PC after installation). It was definitely smaller than expected. It's about half as tall as a credit card and about 2/3 as wide - but it does the job and is bright enough for my office which is well lit by big windows which let in a lot of natural light. I can control the status color of the lights directly from within MS Teams and it always stays in sync with my current status whether it's on the phone, free, busy, away, etc. I give it 4 stars because it is somewhat overpriced for the quality but the functionality is good and it works as advertised with no fuss.

Great Office Tool
Since RTO and having an open office plan I often get interrupted while in calls. This little gadget has been so great. It limits interruptions and allows me to focus.

It's a busy light. It lights up when you're busy. Good deal
It's great. Customization options are the best. I work from home, so I added an extension USB and put it outside my office. I have the "available" custom set to nothing (so it's not green all night) and busy/on call set to red. Not that it actually keeps the kids out, but at least I can say I tried...

Tic-Tac Size
It's my fault for not looking at the specs but this light is actually TINY. Wanted to use it as a large signal for others in the office to not speak loudly around me when I'm on a call and this is the size of a tic-tac box, the men in my office don't stand a chance of seeing this tiny thing. Also requires software to be downloaded onto the computer to work, it doesn't automatically register you're taking calls if you plug it into your phone without the software. When you have a computer locked down by IT of downloading software, this won't work for you.

Good hardware sucky software.
The product is awesome. The software that supports it sucks. It took me a long time to get it working correctly. For any level of customization you have to download their hub software in addition to their software specific to the products the light is linking to. Once you have the hub running it gives little to no feedback if it is talking with the busy light. You can see the different colors assigned to your states, but you cannot change them. You can see the names of the ring tones and a volume controller, but you cannot listen to them. And every time I restart my computer it tries to setup outlook. Again, the hardware is great. I really think the software needs polish.

This little unit is a great visual to be able to quickly see if other colleagues are on the phone, in do not disturb mode or to see and hear from across the office that your phone is ringing. I liked this so much that I purchased one for home so people know if I'm in a call or not and to hear when I have an incoming call so I don't have to wear my headset all of the time. Love how many major systems this device works with and that the development is ongoing to take advantage of new features in these systems.

I bought this because, despite my office door being closed, I was constantly interrupted during meetings. I use earbuds, so it's not always obvious that I’m in a meeting. The red light has been effective in stopping people from peering into my office window when my door is closed to check if I’m busy. I also really like that it turns blue and gives me an audible notification when someone starts a Teams meeting - this has saved me a few times when I didn’t see the meeting reminder and might have ended up being late.
