To store fuel in this cannister, does a fuel stablizer need to be added? If a stabilizer wasn't put in, how long will the gas last?

I chose this yellow can because it is traditionally used for diesel fuel. Diesel is a bit more stable than gasoline so can store longer without a stabilizer. It can become contaminated with water so you should always have an additive available that absorbs water from your fuel. If you are purchasing a jerry can for gasoline storage, I wouldn't store it for more than a few months without stabilizer.(Something such as Sta-Bil)

Does this can have the wire mesh inside ?

None of the authentic NATO military cans have wire mesh inside.

The best diesel fuel can I have owned

This is easily the best can that I have owned. The can was shipped from the US and arrived without any damage. After removing it from the plastic wrapper and releasing the zip tie from the nozzle, all of the parts fit well together without any issues. An inspection of the coating that lines the inside show that it is evenly distributed. Even after my research and knowing that it would be a sturdy can, I was surprised by the weight of it. I don’t think it will be a problem to use because of non-spill nozzle. But with full of fuel, you’ll need some upper body strength. Overall, I am extremely happy with the can and recommend it to would be buyers.

There is no better fuel can!
