Great flavor that is not over powering or to salty. The price is expensive but if you are looking for that special item for a unique flavor to use sparingly this is it. I purchased 2 different aged soy sauces. Both are unique in their own way. They both are costly and make great dipping sauces. I just haven't been able to decide which is better. But as the weeks go on and I make different meals and sauces with them I am sure one will move to end use and the other to in product use. If you try these you will not want the regular sauces again.
