Coitak Moving Sand Art Picture, Golden Dynamic Sand Picture

This beautiful piece of art will more than pay for itself on the 1st day. Watching the sand descend is meditative! The most recent scene mine has created - I call it Bird of Paradise - is so amazing that I don't want to flip the frame again! But flip it again I will because it never disappoints. Highly recommended!

Great quality, arrived safely, beautiful. Lots of compliments.

I can sit and watch this all day. It’s so relaxing and you never know what picture it’s gonna make. It’s really beautiful. It comes with a nice gift box and card. It has two small stands to secure the sand art frame in however I would put this somewhere it can be easily knocked over. That is my only issue. The stands are not heavy and this will definitely be easy to knock over. I just make sure I have mine up in an area that it can’t be reached easily.

I bought 2 versions, but I could tell this would be the better one. And it is! Something about the gold, and the way it's made, it's much prettier/nicer than the cheaper one I bought. BUT due to this having a thin frame it won't stand by itself, unlike the plastic one. I'm very happy with this and might get another.

UPDATE: now owning it for 6 months, it seems like somehow there is more air inside than there was. So now the sand just gets stuck at the top with this big bubble underneath it. It's very aggravating and I don't understand how this is possible when there is no leak in it or anything. So now it's just kind of pointless. It used to be nice when it worked. Oh well. INITIAL REVIEW: I was so nervous to order one of these after reading mixed reviews of various brands of sand art displays, and talk of having to buy syringes to control the amount of bubbles in them, etc etc. I’m SO GLAD I ordered this one (I got the purple). It worked like a charm right out of the box. The colors are extremely vibrant, with all light and dark shades of purple, and the gold glitter is a fantastic touch. The colors form beautiful layers as the sand falls. The liquid is crystal clear. This one doesn’t seem to require a syringe either thank freaking goodness. Lol. It also is fantastic whether horizontal or vertical - not sure which I prefer yet. In any case this really exceeded expectations. I hope the quality holds over time. I only received it today but I’m thoroughly impressed. Now I think I need the blue one to go with this

Love mine! Comes beautifully packaged and flow time is variable - always different. Pro tip: you can add or subtract either air or water in the sculpture with a small syringe by inserting it into any edge. I added a TINY (about 1/2 mL) of soapy, distilled water this way because I wanted discrete bubbles instead of a large solid bubbles that completely block the flow of sand. This had the added effect of making the sand slide a little easier too. If you do this, do so SPARINGLY. While it’s easy to add or remove air or pure water, once soapy water is in the sculpture, there’s no removing it.

Bought two. Bot did not have enough water so sand would not move. Could not figure out how to fix so sent back. However it was very beautiful if worked properly.

I bought this for my desk at work and not only is it lovely to watch, it's also a good stress reliever! The bubbles are a little much, so when you turn it over, you have to gently shake it a bit (not too much though!) so the bubble don't sit evenly at the bottom of the sand sculpture. They need to be off a little more to the side so the sand can do it's thing. I've seen other posts saying this didn't last very long, that something went wrong either with the bubbles or the water, but if that even happens, I'll probably buy another one. The relaxation is worth it!

A little expensive but you get what you pay for. If you need soothing in your life you need this.

I was looking for this item without realizing until I saw this for sale. I bought an 'original' oval sand picture in the eighties but misplaced it - and missed it without realizing until I bought this. This ONE is sitting on my desk where I can change the scene whenever I want the good experience of watching the mix of falling sand to make an instant scene for me. A GOOD experience every time. I HIGHLY recommend even though they are quite expensive.
