Review: Bad product, unfit for India - Bad product. Product didn’t work first time. Sent back, got replacement. Before using, called customer service querying on usage as label indicates 110V. Customer service, put me on to tech team who did not offer any solution on usage of 110 V item. Bought an adopter paying 3K that converts 220 to 110V. Tried the replaced product, but to my horror, that also did not work. Sent back the product and asked for replacement. In the process, stupidly needed up spending 3K on adapter which is of no use to me.
Review: Prise non française : cadeau raté - Prise non européenne. anglaise sans doute => franchement, quand on vend le produit en France, la moindre des choses c’est de le préciser. Du coup il faut adaptateur. C’était un cadeau, je n’avais pas, bref c’est rate. Le prb des achats en ligne par rapport à un magasin

**Q: Does it have similar sound quality to an alexa or google home? or perhaps better?**
A: Tremendous sound. Pulls in stations I've never heard on any other radio, and I've a few out here in remote ranch country. However I can't compare to those cityfolk products in your question. It is a DGLU, this radio.  (Darn good little unit.)

**Q: How do i tune this radio? the numbers do not seem to match up with the numbers broadcasted by radio stations? for example, i'm looking for 89.9...**
A: This is a 1960's replica. In the 60's the radios didn't have digital tuning. You just scrolled (turn the knob) along the printed numerous until you were at the desired station. The closer you got to the station, the better the reception was.

**Q: Can I connect my phone to it through bluetooth?**
A: Yes, you can connect any Bluetooth enabled advice with this product.

**Q: What drivers does it have?**
A: no driver needed. Just enable bluetooth on your phone...really simple!
