So much cheaper than Dyson!!
Love the Babylis equivalent to the Dyson. Just remember if your home country is England to also buy an adapter plug.

bad customer service
This product is no good it has turned up with an EU plug so cannot be used. Amazon is being useless asking me to ring then ringing and saying it has hung up, this is terrible customer service. First time they have behaved in such an unprofessional manner.

With no notification in description be aware this item doesn’t come with a 3 pin English plug it comes with 2 pin round euro plug

Unlucky?
Product was faulty. When plugged in and switched on, gave a one second 'fizzle' then no power at all. Admittedly i could have been very unlucky but many similar much cheaper alternatives so decided not to chance a design flaw in this model.

Item returned. For some unknown reason the UK Amazon app switched to French and the item had a 2-pin European plug. It would not operate even with a UK adapter.

Jätte lätt o använda! Inte alls tung vilket jag var ute efter pgr av min pots. Torkar håret väldigt snabbt och man får fina lockar! Håret blir även av med det elektriska man får nu under vintertid! Jag har fint skandinaviskt hår.

Très bonne brosse, satisfaite de mon achat. Je l’ai offert à ma sœur et finalement je commande la même pour moi car je suis conquise. Je l’ai utilisée sur cheveux longs et coupe carré et les embouts et la chaleur sont excellents !
