Nice and soft, works a treat
I bought this for my German Shepherd whilst training. Its very soft and 8meters long which is more than long enough. It does collect the leaves and grass cuttings etc as its so soft. Im more than happy with it. Don't ever consider the cheap webbing type ones as I have a nasty burn where it rushed through my hands when the dog suddenly lunged hence me buying this nice soft one.

Bought as long line for a dog, happy customer.
I bought this to use as a long lead for my large breed dog, so not using it with horses. It is thick and strong, with a sturdy clip. The lead is also soft for handling so gentle on your hands, unlike most dog leads. Being 8 metres, it gives the dog a nice length without pulling and gives you the control needed if your dog doesn't reliably listen :) I also use it to tie my dog to a rail/ fence when spending time outside, as my garden is not enclosed. This limits the nuisance to neighbours and stops the dog from wandering, while still allowing the dog free movement around the garden and the option to go back inside. The only drawback (which applies to any long lead) is getting tangled! It easily goes under and around the dog's legs so one needs to keep an eye out for this. They also gather dirt and plant matter easily, which is expected - due to the sturdy clip however, I would not risk washing this in the washing machine. Not being able to wash it easily is a small price to pay though, for the security it offers. If anyone is looking for a long line for their dog, I can recommend this lunging line.
