I have used this product for a month & I found it effective but one thing I didn't like about the product is its mixability. Which is not good.So if any one want to buy creatine i would rather suggest you to go for fast & up craetine.It might cost you a little bit more as compared to MB but the mixability of fast & up product is so good as it provide micronised powder.

This has never happened to me. Since I have been taking MB CREAPRO CREATINE for 7to 8 days I have noticed one thing that I have developed some type of allergy in all body also or legs and I am also having a lot of hair fall. I am unable to understand what to do. I will continue taking it and please someone tell me what should I do. Should I stop taking it or should I keep taking it.
