I just put this on my bed. It is soft but thin. The description did not say it was thick so I'm ok with that, I did want the cooling gel top to help cool us down for summer. It does have that and it is nice and cool to the touch.When I put it on it has a lot of length so it can fit on a mattress with a Mattress Topper.... So that is fantastic. I have a mattress topper coming Monday... So I'm excited to actually get some sleep. My bed is WAY too hard.So when you look at the box, it looks as if the bottom mat is at least an inch thick. So when I opened it and saw it was pretty thin I had to come and look at the description here, when I bought it did it say how thick it was? I can't find it now. so Probably not. But the box itself is misleading.Like I said, I do have a topper coming so it isn't that big of a deal. And since everyone talks about how hot Foam is, I figured this is a good choice to help keep it cooler.I have not yet tried to clean it, so I don't know how to answer that star rating yet.

Purchased Cal King sized at 96 x 104. This is larger than my king size mattress but drop is still not long enough on sides. Put in dryer as directed 3 times for 30 minutes each and still not dry. Put outside in sun for 4 hours; still not dry. Let hang out for a day and still not dry. Perhaps the bamboo mix, which I've never had--it's soft but not sure I want to have something that takes 48 hours to air dry when really too small.
