Zip broke on the first day itself!
Had to tack the zip somehow as it broke on the very first day of use !!That should sum up the quality of this bag -the stitching and material used is cheap and tacky . Also it looks way better in photos. Misleading photos

Finishing not good
The finishing of the product is not good. The chain is also in black colour but the image on Amazon has blue colour chain. Penguin legs are also of different colour. Overall quality is ok...but finishing is not as shown in photo.
