Does anyone know if this has any Magnesium Oxide hidden in it, like so many other Magnesium Glycinate products?

They didn't used to list Magnesium Oxide in the Supplement Facts, but the last time I bought it, the new Supplement Facts did list Magnesium Oxide after Magnesium Glycinate. When my wife called Solaray, all they could tell her was that there was more Glycinate than Oxide, but could not tell her how much of the Magnesium was in the Oxide form. Yet, the front label still says "Magnesium Glycinate 400 mg", which is misleading.

How big are the capsules?

They are big. Sorry, don't have any left to give actual size. Be aware that each capsule = only 100 mg magnesium so you have to take 4 of them to achieve 400 mg. Misleading advertising can cause confusion.

Which has best absorbe quality, citrate or glycinate

Both. Glycinate to take at bedtime....that SolRay you need to take 4 capsules = 400mg, I take 5 capsules. I also take Citrate Natural Vitality CALM which is better brand than any other.

How many mg are actually in each capsule?
