Awesome product.! I have those bidets that have hot and cold water (though I have been too lazy to connect to my hot water pipe). They work great but I am just concerned about how sanitary it is. As a male, I sit when I do #1 because I do not want to accidentally splash the water spouts. Unfortunately, I can't quite get my teenage sons to do the same. So I bought bidets that have a plastic shield over the spouts. This sort of works until I may have used too much toilet paper or may have had more "organic refuse" than usual and when I flushed the water reached up to the tip of the shield. Now I am just really grossed out! So, I saw a sprayer like this at my sister's house and I loved it! Other than making sure that I am constantly sanitizing the sprayer handle to account for careless users (teenagers?), I think this is a lot more sanitary. As an Asian who is use to cleaning with water after doing # 2, this gives me the clean feeling that toilet paper alone can't give me. Installation is very easy and does not affect the toilet seat. I did have an issue with the sprayer. At first I thought it was not working until I realized that the control shuts down the water in the end position (either direction). Putting it in between the the two end positions controls the water pressure. It was probably in the directions but as a man, I don't read direction. So, not the products fault. I did read about a comment by John F from the company about turning it off to avoid leaks. I hope that this is not necessary as this is not convenient. I hope I don't come to a flooded house one day. I have only had this product for one day so I have no idea how sturdy it is. It looks like it is well made and it is mostly metal.

Have you ever had one of those days when you get the three morning s's in the wrong order? Like, who would ever think to shave BEFORE the shower??! That's crazy! Getting the three s's in the right order is a critical start to any successful day! Get them out of order and pretty much nothing else will go right for the rest of the day! So who would have thought that a trip to Italy would be a life changing experience? I have always appreciated the thought of the bidet for cleaning one's backside. Who considers anything clean when you just wipe it off? But after spending many days feeling very clean while roaming the streets of Florence, I decided to search for a bidet to install at home. I first looked at the ones that sit inside the bowl, but I didn't like the idea of what might get on it when doing serious business. Also, my wife didn't love the idea of a water stream shooting from back to front, for hygiene reasons. Then I saw this sprayer and decided to go for it. Installation was pretty simple. The only issue I had at first was a leak coming out of the actual handle of the sprayer. It wasn't huge, but a fairly steady drip. I reached out to the owner and they shipped a new sprayer immediately. I installed the new sprayer and it works perfectly. You can adjust the pressure to whatever you want, and the sprayer allows you to spray from different angles. This would have been extremely useful during the child birth recovery phase. (my wife even mentioned that) Now I almost look forward to eating some bad Mexican, where I previously might have rubbed myself raw...not any more! Say goodbye to those unsightly skid marks and take the plunge into the world of bidets! Now it doesn't matter if I shower, then shave, and THEN go sit on the porcelain throne...I can get totally clean again! As a side note, my kid had a field trip to the water treatment facility. The guy there showed them all of the stuff the have to fish out which doesn't break down. (I guess that guy drew the short straw at work that morning...)One of the primary culprits was those "flushable" wipes. If you think they break down, put one in your sink full of water. Leave it submerged for hours. Then go slosh your hand around on it. It was stay completely intact. They do not break down. Not only will you be cleaner with this bidet, but so will the environment, and the water treatment facility guy will thank you!

UPDATE Sept 30, 2017 : I have been using this for over a year now. Its a great product. No leaks. No problems of any sort. raising the stars from 4 to 5. Recommend this product. Okay, my earlier review was hasty. Never review a product until you've used it atleast for 2 days. From the second day onwards, the nozzle leaks and floods the wood bathroom flooring with water. The little switch behind the nozzle is wobbly and does not tightly close the nozzle when you're not using. So water drips from the nozzle , initially as a quick drops and then as a steady stream. I installed it and it has been working fine since 3 days. Pros : Good customer service. If there is a problem , you will be assisted. There are 3 settings for the T valve that allows you to send water to both the bidet sprayer and tank, just the tank and neither tank nor sprayer. Easy assembly. Cons: The fact that the T valve must be left closed , just incase there is a leak. This may not be intuitive for guests.This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. Otherwise, its a fine product.

This is a great product. Minus a star because for me installing it was a pain. This product works well. It has a good weight to it and feels expensive without the luxury price tag. I love how I can turn off and on the flow with the handheld sprayer and even control the intensity of the flow with how hard I press the handle. I have been using it for a couple of days and feel very clean. I'm using less toilet paper, which will save me a little bit of money. Things to keep in mind before you buy: Check the supply line from your toilet to the main water line. Mine was a rigid one, so I bought a flex version just to use this product. I had to buy two, since the first one I bought was too long. (It was 8 inches and I had to get a 6 inch one.). The valve to turn the spray on needs to be halfway to work.

I have always loved the idea of a bidet, but found them awkward in practice. Do you sit on that thin, hard rim, or do you hover over it in a squatting position? If you hover, what keeps water from running down your legs? This struck me as a great idea, and I really love it. It arrived without the gasket for the main toilet attachment, but that was okay, I sent the seller a message and they got one in the mail to me right away. Be careful if you do this: it arrives in a plain unmarked white envelope... I almost threw it away by accident! It was very easy to install, although I did buy plumber's tape, and use it, just in case. Once it was installed, I turned the switch to divert flow to it, swinging it as far as it could go. This resulted in only a trickle. Experimentation showed that turning the handle only 45 degrees from vertical, not the full 90 degrees, elicited maximum flow. I debated whether to spray from in front or behind... both work, you just have to scootch forward or backward on the toilet seat to give room. I kind of like spraying from the front, on the theory that you're supposed to wipe from front to back, so spraying ought to be the same. I first use the toilet, then flush it, then clean using the sprayer, then flush again. I hold the sprayer with one hand, use the other hand to scrub the area in question, and I put soap on that hand if I feel the need (the sink is right next to the toilet). One can pat dry with toilet paper, or, since one is now washed thoroughly with soap and water, use a towel if you have a towel bar nearby to hang it on. I recently had the misfortune to have repeated vomiting and diarrhea. While it's not an experience I recommend, it is less unpleasant when one can clean oneself thoroughly after each bout, as well as completely rinsing the toilet bowl as one alternates between spewing from the back end and spewing from the front end.

I've been installing handheld bidet sprayers in my homes for over 20 years but this was my first purchase of the Aqua Nexis. The Aqua Nexis is stainless steel as versus silvered plastic on my last sprayer. The hose is silky smooth and amazingly flexible versus my last sprayer hose which was much stiffer and seemed to fight back to stay in the direction that I wanted. I think the only thing on the Aqua Nexis that could be "improved" would be the small handle that turns it on and off at the coupler. It's small and the directions are up, half-way, and down -- in fact, the positions are all within the space of a quarter of a circle. Consider a clockface; down is at 6 o'clock, half-way is between 7 and 8 o'clock, and up is directly at 9 o'clock. The instructions are to return the small handle to 'up' after each use. The handle is about an inch and a half long and is located beneath the entire coupler -- which make it a bit of a fumble finding it. But it is not enough of a fumble to ding the rating...the only thing better than the Aqua Nexis would be an installed European porcelain bidet next to the toilet ;-D Five stars for Aqua Nexis and two thumbs up!

Water Pressure is great. And there is no leak or drip at all. Work great ! 5 Stars all the way. (I hope I don't jinx myself and it starts leaking on me after a few days) - But it does have options to route the water, only to water tank, only to this faucet or towards both water tank and to faucet. This is absolutely awesome feature with one simple twist. A side note for general public though.. This is an awesome product that provides great genital hygiene for those who care. Putting a lot of makeup on your face, and wearing a lot of perfume and cologne is one thing, but what really matters is how you keep it clean down there? I think everyone should ALWAYS use water to clean themselves up after taking No 1 or No 2, and shave their jungles at least once a month. This is the reason why I don't go to public swimming pools. Imagine that dried crumbled pieces of poop stuck in people's over grown puberty - and it all gets washed in a public swimming pool -- EWWWW !! Please, everyone should take extra hygienic care of their genital weapons, and keep them clean by using water at EVERY restroom visit.

EDIT: I am revising my original review because the product spontaneously leaked causing a ton of damage as this happened in my upstairs bathroom so the water leaked into the floor/ceiling between the two floors. Upon inspection, this inner parts where the gaskets are located is low quality. If you buy this product I recommend turning it off EVERY time. I'm glad we were not gone for very long or the damage would have been catastrophic. --- Quality is solid. I tried to install this on one of my toilets and it would not stop leaking where the connector connects to the toilet. I tried using teflon tape and a pair of channel locks to get a really tight connection but it just wouldn't stop. NOTE that the wall connector to the toilet did not leak, so I'm not sure why the leak persisted. I installed it on my second toilet and had to really tighten it with the channel locks to prevent leaks, but eventually got it tight enough that the leaks stopped. That particular connection only has notches on two sides that allow using something like an adjustable wrench to tighten, an in such a tight location, you can't get a full circle or even a half circle of turn most times. It would have been much better to use a hex nut there like the other connection has. This would have prevented the need to use channel locks to tighten, which cause visible damage. It seems to affect how my toilet fills up and I have fine tune the valve of the bidet attachment to get the perfect balance on spray strength and toilet filling. If not in the ideal location, you'll either give yourself an enema or your toilet won't fill up. Lastly, it takes a little practice using this without shooting water all over the place. Generally I like it but the few issues above make me rate this a 3.

Muy caro pero vale la pena por su calidad

I bought this because it looked good. I hired a plumber to install it, and he said it was such garbage that he wouldn't hook it up. I applied a lot of plumbers tape to it and eventually got it hooked up after a couple hours. A few months later, I came home to my main floor totally flooded and my ceilings destroyed in the kitchen since the hose broke off and flooded the upstairs bathroom and then flooded the downstairs. Further, AMAZON will NOT help me with this product. It damaged my home, cost me money for renovations and repairs, and I'm still ignored by Amazon. I have only bought one product from Amazon since this disaster, and I will pay more at other companies until they fix this problem. I hate this product and hate Amazon. This item is garbage

From the look of the product, it seemed a good quality product and it was also easy to install. But within a month of use, the hose suddenly cracked and my washroom was flooded. Not sure if I got a defective piece, but that's the way it is. I'll be happy to review my rating once I get a feedback from the company.
