Not all multivitamins are the same
I found this brand on lab door. The men’s and women’s multivitamins are certified, meaning they are tested for accuracy and purity and are found to contain exactly what the label says they do. Moreover, this multi delivers on bioavailability, far above other brands. This means not only does it contain accurate ingredients, it also delivers them in a form the body can use. It tastes how you’d expect. The label says to take 3 per day, so I spread out my dose to morning, noon, and night. Taking 3 of these in one sitting would be a challenge to me. They are coated to help the pill go down easier as well.
