This is a great hose. I have dragged it all over the yard. I try my best to remember to cut it off at night, but it stays on most of the time during the day. I know many of you will laugh, but it is light enough and clean enough that I drag the hose through my house to water my indoor plants! It is so long I can even drag it through my front door to water the porch plants. So for the money it really is a great product. I would definitely repurchase if needed. I have found that it is kink resistant, but you still have to straighten it out occasionally. Great value, easy to use, and so far, it does not leak at the connections.

Can't beat their customer service. I bought this hose a couple of years ago, and the sprinkler nozzle started leaking and the stream of water failed to shut off unless I pulled back on the handle. I contacted J&B XpandaHose and reported the problem on June 2 I got a reply the next day, June 3, asking for a copy of my Amazon invoice and a picture showing the issue. This company sent the replacement on June 4, and I received it on June 5th. You really have to admire a company that stands by their warrantee and has this kind of customer service. Importantly, both my wife and I really like this expandable hose. It is soooo much easier watering the flowers around the house, without having to struggle with a heavy, stiff, kink able regular hose. When we are finished using this hose, It easily coils back into a large flowerpot, for use the next time.

First, I should say that I never want any hose other than this one. I love the lightness of the hose and how easy it is to carry around, and it's stretchability is amazing! As childish as this sounds, I also get a lot entertainment value out of it. When I turn the water on and watch the hose uncurl like a snake, I could sit and watch it do this over and over. But what I really want other customers to know is that J&B's customer service support is probably the most outstanding I've ever experienced. They aren't kidding when they say their products have a lifetime warranty. I had a leaking problem with the hose nozzle and contacted them over a weekend. A few hours later, I heard back from one of the owners telling me that my replacement was on the way. In a world where many businesses make it difficult or almost impossible for customers to get a warranty replacement without groing through all sorts of gyrantions, I was astounded about the ease and speed with which J&B responded to my request. Great business to deal with! Highly recommend them not only for their wonderful products but their follow-up responsiveness to customers.

This is an absolute quality hose. And although it may not last a lifetime, as these hoses typically do not, their LIFETIME WARRANTY is the real deal. They actually honor it. The extra price for this peace of mind is worth it.

Great Hose and Great Customer Service! First, this hose lasted 3 times longer than any other expandable hose we have ever owned. This alone is all the reason needed to buy, but secondly, the company stands behind its product. After 4 years, our hose finally developed a leak. They honored the lifetime warranty and sent out a brand new hose right away.

I was blown away by their customer service. I bought a hose in 2024. They offered a life time warranty. The hose worked fine for two years but then two years later in 2026 it developed a tear near the faucet connector. I remembered the warranty. I sent them a video of the leak and a copy of my Amazon invoice. To my total surprise the very next day I got an email that a replacement was on the way. I got my hose in 4 days, again with a life time warranty. I recommend the product and more importantly appreciate their standing behind their product.

Very happy with this hose after dealing with the pain of coiling standard hoses for decades. Lightweight and easy to use.

The hose is awesome, works great, looks great, tough, strong and easily handled, etc. Five stars. However, the plasticy nozzle began to fail immediately, leaking badly from all over, soaking my hand, arm, legs and feet. Despite efforts to fix, adjust, etc. nothing worked, and I had to go out and get a new nozzle. Frustrating disappointed in the nozzle, a stark and maddening contrast to the great hose. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Very light weight. Easy to use. I’ve had many in the past that leak after a few months. Too early to tell but it does have a life time warranty.

Ultimately the best hose set up I’ve ever owned. Love the light weight making it easy to move around and the sprayer is perfect for the tasks
