Safety Goggles, GoggleGear 500 Series, Scotchgard Anti-Fog Clear Lens | ANSI Z87.1-2015 and CSA Z94.3, GG501SGAF, 1 Pair

I have a 7500 series 3M respirator. Most of the time I don't need goggles when using it. During a recent project using RMR 86 and 141 to clean and disinfect an area that took some water damage, I needed goggles that would protect my eyes from the mist and fumes. Very tight spaces, no ventilation. I had a pair of old school 'lab style' goggles on hand but they didn't play well with the respirator, wouldn't seal completely around the respirator without impacting the fit. They're also large, uncomfortable to wear and limit peripheral vision. These are designed to fit well when used with this respirator (probably others too), are low profile, provide virtually unobstructed vision, seal completely without impacting the fit of the respirator. They've also comfortable to wear for extended periods. Perhaps most importantly, they're a 3M product. Among other things, 3M is a global leader for safety products and can be trusted, sometimes with your life, to perform as advertised. Highly recommended. Great price too. I consider these a 'just buy it' product.

Good quality, like everything 3M makes. They are not completely fog free, but they're better than most. These goggles are intended to work with 3M half-mask style respirators.

Quality is great and seem comfortable, but they won't fit over eyeglasses, so will have to return them. In that, I am disappointed. I would encourage them to make this clear in the description. Furthermore, I would suggest making them a little bigger to accommodate those who wear eyeglasses.

Comfortable, Clear Goggles That Don’t Fog Up These 3M GoggleGear 500 Series goggles are an easy 5‑star win for eye protection. The low‑profile design sits comfortably with a good seal, and the strap keeps them secure without digging into your head. The lens stays clear and resists fogging very well, even when you’re working hard or wearing a mask. They also fit nicely under a hard hat or over most prescription glasses. For shop, jobsite, or DIY use, they’ve become my go‑to safety goggles.

I think these are my favorite safety glasses overall. They fit good with a 3M half mask, extremely clear optically, curvature doesn't give much distortion if any of that I can tell of, and very comfortable for extended periods. I can still get them to fog if it's hot, but I've never had glasses that don't when it's hot and I have a welding helmet on. I've tried a few different brands because I had a speck of metal bounce off the nose piece of my respirator and flew into my eye behind a pair of regular safety glasses. I knew at that moment I needed to have something better like goggles. Im not a big fan of face shields especially since I often have a welding helmet on. If you have an easy access grind mode on your helmet maybe that works, but I still prefer to flip my hood up for better visibility. These fit really well under a helmet since they are pretty low profile.

TL;DR at bottom Honestly I’m very very disappointed, I bought this expecting it to be comfortable, create a good deal around the eyes and not fog up, while it does the first two very well, there’s something to be said about the glasses, specifically “anti fog my ass” fogs up extremely badly, while the fog is clear, it makes it very very difficult to see out of; mainly since this pandemic. The mandatory masks are a huge factor as to why I don’t think these glasses are as good as I’d expect. I’m an avid welder and I bought these because it was advertised that these are “anti-fog” quite the opposite actually, they fog up extremely extremely badly WHILE WEARING A MASK. Despite the fogging up while wearing a mask I don’t dislike the glasses, I think they are an excellent choice for the money and comfort. I don’t think that they’re a bad product, I love them, I just wish they’d be honest with their “anti-fog” coating, while I don’t doubt it has a coating, the coating just makes the fog clear and the fog condensates on the lens. TL;DR: While it’s good for the price and what it is, the anti-fog coating doesn’t really work that well when you’re forced to wear a mask because of the virus. Something also has to be said about the bulge in the lenses, I also wasn’t aware these glasses were designed to fit the eyes of the common house fly.

I had been looking at many different types of goggles in order to protect myself as an emergency room nurse dealing with COVID patients on a daily basis, i ordered a these 3m goggles and another different set. These are by far the best goggles i've tried. They can be adjusted to a very comfortable fit, are lightweight and do not obstruct my vision when I need to start IV's or doing invasive procedures during patient care. The seal feels very safe, and they rarely fog up, which I attribute to getting a proper angle between goggles and the n-95. I place these on my head and slide them on and off with great ease in a matter of seconds. They have become an essential part of my safety gear in the ER.

I love these! I wish I'd bought them sooner, always working in attics getting insulation in my eyes, cutting drywall getting dust in my eyes, sawdust... You name it. I always hated wearing safety glasses cuz once I started to sweat they'd fog up. I've worn masks and stuff while sweating wearing these and got absolutely no fog now three times using for multiple hours. Get them

The item, valued at 3000, did not include a protective cover, a feature typically provided even with shields costing 500 rupees. Consequently, it offers poor value for money and exhibits fogging.

Perfect seal, low profile can be worn with a baseball cap. Extremely clear, hardly any visible reflections. All day comfort. However they do not pair well with 3M 6000 series medium size half face respirator mask for this reason I ordered a pair of Dewalt DPG82-11 which although huge (can’t wear a baseball cap) and not nearly as comfortable fit perfectly with 3M 6000 half face respirator.
