Good packaging. Comes with four decorating tips, 2 couplers, the icing pen and 10 bags. Very nice for the price. Seems well made. Instructions on box seem quite simple. Will be using in a few days on cupcakes for the grandchildren. Will update.

Ordered this for my 10 year old daughter. It worked great and she was able to use it and do fancy designs on her cupcakes herself. Loved it!!!

I got these for my daughter who decorates cakes and cookies. She has Lupus so sometimes her hands don't work very well. She was very happy with the quality and I was happy with the price. Her young children like to help decorate cookies and this allows the to use a piping bag with some control.

I have bad hands so I still needed more strength than I have to write Happy Birthday. Someone with normal hand strength should be ok.

Ok sooo...I must be baking challenged. I could not figure out how to use this EZ tool, but I looked up a video on YouTube and walked through the (simple) steps. To look up the video just type in the product name, and voila...I was instantly transformed into Betty Crocker ;) Great product, and fun too!!!
