Did an amazing job of separating the grout from the damaged tiles. Highly recommend this product and will buy it again if the need arises. It worked as it was supposed to. Had a good sturdy grip and angle for it to work effectively.

This is a great product to remove the top part of your grout. I have tried all kinds of nasty chemicals and some stains just don't go away. This is easy to use and will remove the some of the grout. You will have to regrout the areas at some point though.

It does the work and it'll give you a great forearm workout but the blades are woefully under equipped. I wore out all 6 blades and still haven't cut thru all the grout on one 12 x12 tile with 1/4" grout lines.

At some point, no matter how well and how frequently you clean a tile floor, light colored grouts turn darker. With a grout saw you can quickly take off a very thin layer of the old discolored grout exposing the original color grout making the grout look like new. I find it easier to control by drawing the grout saw to me rather than pushing away in the grout seam. If you chip a tile you can use color matched spray paint and a que tip to quickly touch up. Spray the paint on a piece of newspaper or square of plastic wrap, dip the cue tip into the paint and dab on the chipped tile. I have done floor touchups using this method and 10 years later the paint is still there like on day 1.For delicate jobs or difficult to reach grout seams I prefer to use a smaller grout saw that fits in the palm of your hand which gives you more control such as the Cal Hawk grout saw.

Multiple replacement blades. Slices through grout like crazy. If it seems dull after use, just rinse it and it's good as new. Two packs plus blades. Highly recommended.

After continuously getting a one-pack instead of the 2-pack that was advertised, the seller determined there was a product labeling error on Amazon’s end. I saw that some other reviewers had the same issue. The seller informed me they are working with Amazon to address this matter & were very apologetic about the mixup.As for the grout saw itself, not much to really say about it. It does the job as it’s supposed to. Also, unlike some other customers, I did receive the correct replacement blades. Overall, good for what it is and for a great price.

Had grout overlapping on the tiles that was close to impossible to remove. A small job but would have cost me approx $250 to have removed. I saw this and thought it was worth a try. WONDERFUL! In no time at all the grout was gone and the tile shinny and clean. So EASY!
