I purchased the dkplnt 20A 240W 12V Golf Cart 48V/36V to 12V Converter while upgrading my golf cart, and overall I've been very impressed with its performance. The converter is well-built, feels like a quality product, and provides reliable power for my 12V accessories. Once installed, it worked exactly as expected and has been dependable ever since. The biggest downside is the lack of installation instructions. As someone with basic DIY skills and very little mechanical experience, I found it frustrating that the product didn't include any instructions at all. If you're comfortable with golf cart wiring, installation shouldn't be an issue, but beginners may need to watch online tutorials or do a little research before getting started. That being said, the quality and value for the money are excellent. Once everything was connected properly, it performed flawlessly and has been a great upgrade for my golf cart. Sealed well with epoxy. I plan on connecting to a 48volt battery bank and a switch to turn on/off and to derive 12 volts DC to operate/recharge small 12 volt devices. Nice cast aluminum heat sink. Fuse protection with an included EXTRA 20 amp fuse. I will place my own connectors on the short leads (they could be longer) but I can manage with the leads on it. One application I see is to recharge a small solar generator off of a larger battery bank. I like it.

Using on a golf cart, for 2 weeks, self installed. With new lithium battery set up. Light bar and usb hooked up. All good!
