Does each piece hold the weight listed, or do all pieces included need to be installed to hold that weight?

What is the weight limit using two inch cleats? Thank you.

I don’t know the weight limit exactly. But they worked great hanging my 2 4’x5’ heavy framed pictures. They are easy to put up and the pictures can be adjusted side to side slightly if you need to. They are so handy I always keep extras in my tool box. They themselves are very strong but the weight they hold would probably depend more on whether you mount on a stud or use molly bolts.

I have a 12" square ceramic tile picture to hang and would have to glue one piece to the back as it cant be drilled. Can it be glued instead?

We have a very large, heavy mirror (24x30") which came with a glued on half cleat - just be sure you use the correct glue for the project and that the cleat is made for the weight of the tile. We're having no issues with the mirror (it's in a bathroom).
