This is a good GF product with taste & texture. They are tiny but well worth it.

I'm very sensitive to foods (grains, etc.) but I don't notice any reaction to these! Plus they're delicious and doughy. But I haven't eaten real grains or gluten in a long time so I may not be the best at describing good pastries.

My daughter has gluten, nut, and dairy allergies. So, products that are free of all three are difficult to find. We have tried these twice now. First time is always the learning curve. We used baking powder (an option) the 2nd time, and it made them rise more. These don't come with any icing. So, the 2nd time we used a gluten free butter cream icing - light coating - and it made them more like real cinnamon rolls. These are smaller and also more chewy than traditional cinnamon rolls. We got twelve total with one batch. They tend to harden once they cool off. So, they are best served and eaten while hot. Reheating in microwave for a few seconds (15-30 secs) helps soften them. Overall, we'd rate them an 8/10 (with icing not included). In my opinion they are a bit pricey especially since there is no icing, but a bit easier than making from scratch.

Wonderful flavor! Next time, I’ll bake them for a little less time. We added our own glaze, it does not come with one.
