At first not fit but after fit well to my tenor saxophone mouthpiece. Give some time to be molded.

You get what you get for the price, it feels kind of flimsy but it keeps the reed on my mouthpiece as advertised. I had to take off the plastic support bit because it wouldnt fit around my tenor sax mouthpiece so now I just use it as a plain leather ligature. It works well enough if your a beginner on a budget

It is a good replacement for my original ligature, which is broken. It is a more soft and the reed is easy to attached.

I cannot speak for the alto size, but if you are purchasing the tenor size do not waste your money. It is too tight. The hard stabilizing piece in the back plus not enough leather or screw space will not allow it to even come close to sliding over.

I really like this product although, it's tough to place on my tenor sax when I'm trying to play. I may have to break it in so I could slide the ligature in. But overall, I love this.
