Diversey Twinkle Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish, Aerosol Spray, 17 oz

I have used Twinkle years (previous bottle lasted 5 years). Despite the packaging changes, this product the same SC Johnson product as my old version. Twinkle is by far the best cleaner/polisher I have ever used on my appliances. I use it on my stainless fridge and stainless glass top stove as well as my black GE profile microwave and black dishwasher. In just a few minutes, my entire kitchen sparkles. It's exceptional at cutting through grease and oil splatter. I've even used it to clean caked on grease across the top edge of my microwave and top of the fridge, which I hadn't touched in over a year. I simply sprayed it on, rubbed in circles with a damp cloth, and wiped again with a clean cloth (think wipe on/wipe off from the Karate Kid). A few months ago I tried Shelia Shine at the recommendation of friend who has managed restaurants for years. I was very disappointed with that product. It didn't clean as well, its polishing effect was more of a noticeable oily film, and it smells like WD40 - maybe worse. That same restaurant-manager friend had dinner with me recently and was pleased with how quickly Twinkle made my clean up and was impressed with the pleasant smell. I offered him my nearly unused can of Shelia Shine. Although he did take it, he also said he'll be talking to his supplier about getting Twinkle for his restaurant's use. I'll never use anything but Twinkle.

Best product I have ever used on stainless steel, and I have used them all. My only recommendation is that you clean the surfaces of all oily residue using ammonia.

Use this for my fridge, dishwasher, rims, etc. Easy to use & easy to wipe off. Leaves a great shine.

I’ve been using this product for about 30 years. A single bottle lasted a long time and was the best thing to use on stainless steel because it was water-based not oil-based. I had many clients who were surprised at how nicely their stainless steel came out without fingerprints afterwards. Sadly, they’ve changed the product and the smell is really annoying. I also find it very interesting that most of these companies never consider the fact that their products are being lugged around by people who clean for a living. The cat broke off right away and the button on the inside, so I have a giant bottle of this stuff that I have to push a hairpin in to get out.
