XL Pet Carrier
I bought this just over a month ago and wanted to give it a good trial before I review. I got the XL to take my two Jack Russell size dogs in our motorhome. My first observations were that the mesh and the associated zips seem quite delicate. I also found that putting together the two horizontal struts that make it a box from its folded away condition were difficult to operate, they have a spring loaded cup into which the end of one strut locates, but it has to pull the fabric of the box tight. That said, it performs brilliantly. The two dogs, not good travellers, settle down as soon as I put them in it. It's roomy enough for them so they can get up and the supplied cushion is comfortable, especially as it sits on one of the MH bench seats. The two struts get easier each time to connect, so I am no longer concerned. I've found that both the zips and mesh are adequate, but one needs to be gentle. It's easy both to fold away and store, and to quickly erect. For me, this has been a great buy. I no longer have two stressed dogs and I don't have to worry if they've tied each other up. And I can't knock the price as it is very well made, if a tad delicate.

Dog loves it
Great size for my 8.5kg jackapoo, purchased in addition to a larger crate to give him portable safe space to be on the bed etc as he has a spinal injury. He's alot better now but he has chosen this as his favourite bed and we have gotten rid of the big crate. Sturdy, well made. Good value

Great for the price
Nice quality & really easy to set up. Not sure how durable it would be with a puppy who likes to chew - ours hasn’t tried to chew or scratch the mesh yet as she’s still a bit afraid of the car (we only use this when travelling) but I fear she would easily be able to break it if she tried. It is nice though & comes with a comfy, washable blanket on the bottom.

Lovely travelling crate
I ordered the small grey crate just over a week ago, delivery was prompt and the product was very easy to set up and fold back down again. It's the perfect size for my chihuahua, side pouch perfect for storing his food and the smaller zip compartment at the top I'll probably store his waste bags. Long handles at the top will make carrying it easy as well. There is a strong chemical smell which I anticipated from other reviews but seems to have dissipated over the week that I've received it and let it air out.I had a minor manufacturing fault with the side pouch but the seller was very prompt with getting back to me and resolving the issue. Overall it's a lovely quality crate and my dog has enjoyed chilling in it on the mat it also came with. I've also received compliments from friends who have seen it and would recommend this product, top marks on customer service too!

Perfect!
I got size large for my puppy chocking home this month, it’s perfect size for him to move around in and sleep, it’s also big enough to be sectioned onto two parts for night time - sleep area and water/toilet area. Really sturdy. Easy to put up and fold down. And super fast delivery! Came two days before the expected delivery date!

Lightweight and convenient
Lightweight carrier so easy to put in/out the car, I put 2 Frenchies in the carrier. Comes with a washable Woolley mat and can be folded up - got this to replace our regular metal mesh cage

Not fit for purpose
Firstly this was hard to put together. The poles had to be forced together. One of the joints has since snapped and the poles are just hanging free. Secondly my puppy gnawed a hole in the thin and flimsy mesh within moments of being in it. She then went on to nibble around the lightweight zip and next thing we knew - Houdini pup was out. This is such poor quality and completely unfit for purpose. Thank god I wasn’t driving at the time or it could very well have caused a bad accident. The next time this thing makes it into the back of my car will be on the way to the tip.Waste of money and terrible for the environment.
