The Little Book of Chakras: An Introduction to Ancient Wisdom and Spiritual Healing

I’m only just starting to read this but it seems easy to understand and informative regarding the chakras, it’s nice & small so I can pop it in my man bag & read it in the park. Very informative read so far 😇

Lovely little book. Well written and straight forward. Not filled with the usually waffle you get with a lot of New Age self help books. Contains pretty much all the info you need to get your journey started. I especially like the guided activations following each Chakra section. Only thing missing really was a combined chart so you could see all the correlations of Locations, Colours, Oils, and Chants etc next to each other rather than having to refer to the sections on individual Chakras.

Informative little good to accompany a yoga course on chakras I'm attending.

I enjoy this little book. It is full of wonderful knowledge for someone who is just beginning their journey of enlightenment. This is a handy little book to have. The cost is not bad either! If you are looking for interesting content on the subject, this is the book.
