I suffer at times with wrist pain (mostly of overuse of it and sleeping on it). These was an amazing way to wrap the ice pack around my wrist while leaving my other hand free from having to hold the ice pack or me at able to move much. I even was so comfortable with it that I fell asleep once with it on. I use it anytime I feel the pain coming back and it lessen the time of pain.

Iv had a bad wrist for about 6 years now and doctors won't won't bother with me anymore trying to figure out whats wrong, so I have to take care of the pain myself and I will say this was the best purchase iv made. Iv used a normal ice pack and it was frustrating having to actually sit down and use my other hand to hold the ice pack in place and this guy has made it so I can free roam and do other things while icing my bad wrist, definitely helps numb the pain tho I wish it stayed colder way longer so im gonna have to buy a few more so I dont have to wait on the one to cool again😅

For the price this was such a good item as it holds the icy coldness up to 15-20 mins as I need for my therapy due to wrist sprain injury. Since the product is gel, its easier to wrap around your wrist. I do have one downside. The inside fabric which is black or dark blue stains when wet. I noticed this today when the part of the wrap got wet with water and I was dabbing paper towels to dry it and fabric stain was on the paper towel. I tested it a few times to make sure. I may need to wash this to make sure to wash out the color run. And the gel pack is removable so I can easily wash this while cooling the gelp pack.

I bought this for a friend who had a wrist sprain/ligament injury and they said that it was a tremendous help to them. Good quality, easy to use, provides the right support. It is designed to hold a frozen or hot bag so it has multiple therapeutic options according to your need. Easy to adjust tightness also.

This would fit the wrist nicely without the ice pack but with the ice pack it is very rigid it seems to hold the cold quite well but I would recommend trying to freeze the ice pack around something round in hopes to help with the fit once you put it on with the ice pack in. This might do for the short-term but I do plan to return as the idea is nice but the fit is not ideal.

Just love it! The material is soft & pleasing to the eye, as well as easy to wipe clean. Love that they give you a pouch to place your ice pack inside to keep it clean. It’s perfect to my needs especially for my lower part of my thumb which needs icing. Also it can be used for heat as well. The instructions gives you cold & hot temperatures for dual uses, love that & they send a thank you note which is nice!

Comfortable, easy-to-use pain relief and support for wrists that ache after long hours of crocheting. The removable gel pack can be refrigerated or microwaved, or removed as needed. An excellent product at a good price point.

Perfect for icing wrists. Haven’t tried it for heat yet but it’s microwaveable. Even came with a little bag so the ice pack doesn’t get food smells on it

This is a very comfy brace and it provides good relieve. The ice pack stays cold for about 15 min. Wish the ice pack stays cold for longer but overall good quality and fair price!
