This is the best cleanser I’ve used by a mile. Better than Eve Lom, Liz Earle, Tata Harper etc. The main reason is the quality of the ingredients: everything is positively good for the skin and there’s no rubbish in there, including fragrance. That’s fantastic if you have sensitive skin but also if you use any actives in other brands’ skincare such as retinol, acids etc as this is safe to use with any other skincare. It’s a white non-runny cream which you massage into dry skin. You then dampen the muslin cloth provided and use that to remove it. It gets rid of everything, even mascara. It leaves my skin really soft and hydrated. Never oily and never dry and tight. It’s worth noting that Pai changed from the rough cloths a few years ago - they are now muslin on one side and a soft terry cotton on the other. I choose which side depending on whether I want to exfoliate or not. It’s such a great product that I’ve been using it for years now.

So light, luxurious and totally effective. Thrilled to find an organic product with a grown-up, high end feel and none of the usual smell of geraniol and citronella that natural brands usually have. As it is a cream it is not a ‘facewash’ - it does not foam and must be used on dry skin and then removed with a warm wet cloth. It leaves my skin, soft, smooth, clean and calm and I can’t wait to use it morning and evening. I just love it.

I used this cleanser for the first time as I read it was for sensitive skin and my skin is so sensitive. I liked that you smoothed the cleanser onto your skin and wiped it off with a cloth. Your skin felt lovely, smooth and clean afterwards and even better, no bad skin reactions :)

Have only used twice but it smells nice and isn't a thick cream so goes on nicely.

I am greatly pleased by this cleanser. I have super sensitive skin, and this has calmed my skin given me smother texture aswell. And hey the wash cloth is subep and very helpful in keeping my face clean and not striping all my face out. This is my second bottle, and I will continue using it.

This is more than I would usually pay for a cleanser but having received an Amazon gift card I decided to treat myself. So glad I took a chance. My skin feels great and I don't get the dryness I do with other cleansers. The scent is subtle and not overpowering. I now have this on my subscribe and save as it's worth the price paid.

This is a lovely cleanser, I'm very happy with it.

The design of the dispenser has changed for the worse. There's still plenty of cream in it but now it won't dispense it. ....

CREAM TOO THICK AND HARD TO SPREAD

This cleanser is different from anything I've ever used before and I have to say, I'm not crazy about it. First, the instructions say to put it on dry skin which seems odd, but ok. The cleanser feels like a thick cream and I thought for sure it was going to leave my skin feeling oversaturated but it did the opposite... Once I cleaned my face with the muslin/terry cloth and let my face dry, my skin felt more dried out than I expected. I've tried it a couple of times since and I had the same results. Just not for me, I guess.

Overall this is an effective cleanser, but I did have a couple of issues with it. Here are my pros and cons. ***I have extremely dry, acne-prone skin. I am practically married to moisturizers at this point*** Pros: 1. This cleanser did a good job removing makeup. It did not take much effort to remove it all. 2. The formula is soft and definitely does not agitate my face. 3. My face did stay moisturized after cleansing. This formula does contain glycerin which is a common type of moisturizer for the skin. Glycerin is also non-comedogenic (does not clog the pores and cause acne). This formula would be great for those with dry skin! Cons: 1. ***CAUTION*** This does contain sweet almond oil. I do not have much understanding of almond allergies, but this may not be safe for those that do have it!!! 2. I would not recommend for those that do not enjoy strong scented products. 3. This cleanser is heavy. It almost feels like you are spreading lotion on your face, so it may not feel pleasant for some. It does not foam or bubble at all. 4. The bottle is small. This kit would be a great gift, but please don't buy as your daily cleanser thinking it will last a long time. Especially those that double cleanse after wearing makeup. Lastly, I did like the cloth that came with the kit, but one side did agitate my face. If you have very sensitive skin, it may do the same. Overall, I really like this cleanser! It definitely did it's job and kept my face feeling soft and moisturized. I was put off a little by the scent and the almond oil was the only concerning ingredient to me. If I could rate on a 1-10 scale, I would give it a solid 8. I recommend. :)

This facial wash is superb. It does have a good amount of oil ingredients so unfortunately it is not compatible with my foreo Luna 3 device. (Or any other silicone facial brush) This facial wash is phenomenal at cleansing my skin. This cleanser feels like a gentle foaming cleanser. It has a really nice lather to it. I also really like the soft wash cloth that comes with this travel size cleanser as well. I used to love oil cleansers before I upgraded my foreo device into my routine. I find this cleanser to be deeply cleansing. It cleanses my face impressively well. What I love about this cleanser is that it offers a deep cleanse with out striping away the natural moisture from my skin. It leaves my skin feeling baby soft. This is a wonderful effective cleanser that I am very happy with. I would whole heartedly highly recommend this facial wash.
