Blu Ray-CD-DVD-duplicator Controller 1 to 1 Support ISO File PC Transfer SATA Multi Target 64MB + sata Cables

I am here to thank CopyStars for I was able to upgrade my old CopyStars (2006) unit easily. This was a very nice find on Amazon for I had a perfect condition cabinet with a failing reader drive. Originally I ordered this 1 to 1 duplicator from CopyStars website in 2006! I have previously over the years have replaced 2 burners in it since I bought this unit. I am no longer able to get the IDE version DVD/CD burners or readers so I found this controller on Amazon, which I thought I would give it a try since they do have a wonderful return policy. I ordered 2 new Lite-On iHAS124 DVD optical burners from another website. I also had to order two MOLEX to SATA adapters to power the new drives from another website. The power supply in my old unit had a floppy drive 4 pin connector inline so I was able to get the controller hooked up then power everything up and it works! I now have basically a new duplicator again for only about $88 bucks with drives plus adaptor costs. The cost of a new duplicator from CopyStars is $154 $204. So anyways, after booting it up, put settings to my preference, then I copied 9 CD's and 2 DVD's without issues. Note: There is a SMART button on the front but does not do anything so I will call CopyStars customer care later to see if it is something I can use or not. This whole process was easy and only took me 20 minutes to install everything. I have included pictures for reference so you can see the IDE cables plus the new controller (installed) now sports a CopyStars logo on it which looks nice. I will be updating to Blu-Ray drives in the near future, for more disc burning options which this is compatible with. I am very happy with this purchase & CopyStars equipment for I am a very loyal user of their duplicator for almost 13 years! I hope this helps anyone else as well who maybe looking to upgraded their duplicators.
