And the worst thing about stress is not only how it makes ...
I must admit, I tend to worry quite excessively. And the worst thing about stress is not only how it makes me feel, think and interact with the world around me, but it also affects those around me in very distinct and destructive ways.It affects my family, my significant other, my relatives and co-workers. Hell, even the innocent cashier at the grocery shop gets to feel some of it too. In most instances it is very hard to do anything about it as it is all happening. It usually comes later, when most of the dust has settled.I’m really glad I decided to get this book. It did a marvelous job of explaining, in detail, how it is that stress can affect me so profoundly. More importantly, it got me thinking about all the things that are in my power to do by providing me with a lot of useful strategies that I can begin to implement immediately in order to make a positive and lasting change. It’s hard to put words on it, but I actually felt lighter after having read this book, both mentally, physically, and even on a more deeper and spiritual level. I think it was because I was able to fully put myself in the shoes of the examples that the author provided me with. For me personally, I’ll definitely return to this book again and again, just so that I can constantly remind myself of how what I can do to reach a level of stress that is not eating me from the inside out and so that I don’t lose track of what’s truly important here in life.I think the whole world needs a whole lot of de-stressing, so I’m sure it doesn't come as a surprise when I say that a lot of people need to read this book. And if you have read this far, this is definitely the book for you, that I can tell you for sure.

Simple Steps That Can Change Your Life
If negative stress takes up a big part of your life, as it has in mine, this book will be of tremendous help to you.Everything can seem quite overwhelming when put under a lot of stress, and eventually it’ll come to the point to where nothing seems worthwhile anymore. As I’m sure many others have already said, stress will make itself known in many (if not all) areas of life.I’m so thankful I got my hands on this little book. It made me realize so much about myself that I wouldn’t have been able to see before. It was as if the book put everything in perspective and therefore allowed me to look at my present situation in an unbiased light. The way that the author wrote really had a way of opening up for the possibilities and what can be done, rather than focusing on the negatives.I feel so much more inspired and energized after having read this book in order to actually make a positive change in my life. I know I’ll eventually get to a place where stress is no longer the one holding the steering wheel, but I am. One step at a time.If you’re feeling stressed out and overwhelmed too, this book will give you the necessary tools and inspiration to make that change, the change that only you can make.

Get rid of your stress!
This was a really good book. I especially enjoyed the section on ”Stress reading”, that was a completely new technique to me and came in as a very handy tool for tracking your behavioral stress and thought patterns. The book provides several solutions to different types of stress, actually the author goes through something he calls ”Symptoms of Stress - The 5 Levels” where he explains five different kinds or types of stress. Later in the book he helps you to deal with them, by using very straight forward techniques, and even get rid of them. I highly recommend this book!

Short & Helpful
This book was a really short book. However, it was really helpful because it really gets to the point on the subject matter of stress and anxiety. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from depression due to stress, induction and my own piece of advice to the potential reader would be. There is always a lot of help out there for whatever mental condition you may be experiencing.

Practical guide to the 5 symptoms of stress and how to recognise and eliminate them
This book gave me some great insight into the stress causing triggers in my life, this coupled with good practical advice, tips and strategies on dealing with stress and anxiety makes this a very worthwhile read. The book provides several solutions to different types of stress. The author goes through what he defines as ”Symptoms of Stress - The 5 Levels” where he explains five different kinds or types of stress. Later in the book he helps the reader deal with them using very straight forward techniques. It’s a book I’ll be referring to some members of my own family who do not handle stress and anxiety well. Highly recommend.

Helpful advice
The little gem for me was where the author referred to someone being like a hamster in a wheel - summed up exactly what I was doing worrying about what someone else was thinking! Title may be a bit misleading as it isn't, I don't think, about what other people are thinking - more about how what you are thinking affects how you feel in any given situation. Well worth reading.
